Dr. Diane C. Pope-Brooks was ordained into the ministry in 1977 along with her husband, Pastor Nathan H. Pope I. After Pastor Nathan’s homegoing in March of 2005, Dr. Diane was ordained and served as Senior Pastor of Ekklesia International Ministries until being ordained as an Apostle in June 2009. In 2012, Apostle Diane received a doctoral degree, Doctor of Ministry, from Friends International Christian University and released her first manual – “He Teaches My Hands to War.” Dr. Diane is an anointed preacher, prophetic intercessor, and operates in a strong and powerful deliverance ministry. Her vision is to help equip the saints using the knowledge of God’s Holy word as she is led by the Holy Spirit. Her vision is also to see souls saved, healed and totally delivered.
Dr. Pope-Brooks has a strong passion for young women and strives to teach them how to live a life of purity. Carrying out this passion, she established Ekklesia’s women’s ministry, Women of Purpose and Pursuit, Woman2Woman and Wailing Women Come Forth which conducts annual conferences.
After the passing of her first mate (Pastor Nathan H. Pope I), God has sent a man of valor into her life that loves her unconditionally, Mr. Timothy Brooks Sr. They were joined in marriage in October 2008. Mr. Brooks brings to the union four children along with five grandchildren. Presently, they stand hand in hand as they lead their family and Ekklesia International Ministries to higher dimensions.
Dr. Pope-Brooks is the proud mother of four anointed children who all work in ministry as well as pursue the professional careers God has called them into. Dr. Diane is also the grandmother of two grandsons and three granddaughters. She is also an entrepreneur, establishing Diane C. Pope Notary & Income Tax Service in 1982. God continues to bless Dr. Diane in her walk with Him. The Apostolic anointing is heavy upon her as she lifts Ekklesia into an Apostolic Ministry.
